Dr. Jue Chen is of Chinese origin, though completed her PhD in Australia. Having worked in high schools, universities as well as industry in both Australia and China, Jue has developed excellent interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge in a cross cultural environment. Being a past international student and a university staff member has assisted her to gain great knowledge and be successful in working with students to respect their various cultures, whilst communicating and developing relationships with students using different approaches.
Jue is acutely aware of the environment and the issues that impact on international students at different levels. Over the past ten years, Jue has provided leadership in supporting Australian education and business to engage with China, due to her strong passion as a migrant in Australia.
